If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ovo99 immediately via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing the address set out in Clause 17. ovo99 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the Member failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
ovo99 is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold.

Submitted documents are handled in accordance with the ovo99 Privacy Policy. ovo99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier; current limits are displayed within the Member cashier at the time of deposit. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in refusal of the deposit and potential account review.
Deposits processed via local bank transfer are typically credited to your ovo99 wallet within seconds to five minutes of confirmed bank receipt during normal processing hours (WIB). Processing times during high-volume periods such as Idul Fitri or peak weekend hours may be slightly extended. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly in the majority of cases.
ovo99 does not charge fees on deposits from the platform side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which remain your responsibility. You should check your provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.
Members may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays.
ovo99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes from the point of approval for standard requests via all supported payment channels. In practice, the majority of withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are completed within this window. Withdrawals to BSI and Bank Permata may occasionally take up to 15 minutes depending on the receiving bank's interbank settlement schedule.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and are displayed in the Member cashier. VIP and Black Diamond tier members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits. Contact the 24/7 support team for information about limit increases available at your tier.
ovo99 does not charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside ovo99's control and remain the Member's responsibility.
ovo99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP reward distributions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Casino Bonus page at the time the promotion is active.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be staked on eligible games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering Requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms on the Casino Bonus page. Not all games contribute equally to clearing a Wagering Requirement — contribution percentages per game category are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
Unclaimed bonuses expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds remaining in a Member's account that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the stated validity window will be automatically removed from the account balance without notice. ovo99 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All games available on the ovo99 Platform — including slot titles, live casino tables, sports betting markets, poker cash games and tournaments, and specialty games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or via the relevant product page.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or network interruption during an active game round or open bet, ovo99 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round result cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be refunded to the Member's Account Balance. ovo99's decision in all technical dispute matters is final.
Sportsbook bets, including bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets and mix parlay accumulator bets, are settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules published on the Sportsbook page. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or any result that falls outside standard settlement criteria, ovo99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member.
The odds, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. ovo99 reserves the right to adjust odds and RTP settings within the bounds permitted by the applicable game provider certification. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ovo99 Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ovo99 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ovo99 may forfeit all or part of the balance to offset losses or costs incurred as a result of the Member's conduct.
A Member in good standing may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ovo99's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where ovo99's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ovo99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information displayed.
ovo99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ovo99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and ovo99. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data submitted during registration and KYC will be held securely and will not be sold to third parties.
